Tips

  • The fantastic french toast is well, fantastic! It's custard based topped with fresh fruit and syrup. Get some! Now!
  • No power outlets :(
  • Just found out the same owner who owned LaBoulange owns this one! HAZELNUT CHOCOLATE CROISSANT is off the chain!!!
  • One chocolate croissant and a cappuccino please, hold the calories.
  • Good for cheese plates and wine, just beware the laptop table-hoggers when you want to get your wine time going on a Sunday night. -Josh K.
  • Cute, cozy, rustic French. Fruit tarts are lovely. Good place to relax and get work done.
  • Try the tortilla espanol (egg/potato "omelette", salad, & bacon), only on sat + Sunday's. Delicious!
  • Caf du Soleil always has a soup of the day, often not advertised, so ask about it. Their lemonade is homemade & tasty. -Lynn F.
  • Love the granola with fresh fruit - and their chocolate croissants
  • Free wifi but no outlets so charge up!
  • This is hands down, the best coffee in the city.
  • Order some toast and slather some Nutella on yourself for a delicious snack
  • Get the pickled veggies with your sammich. You won't be sorry.
  • Get the Nicoise salad. Delicious. If you're in the mood for a pastry, their croissants & canneles are bomb.
  • Go to Cafe du Soleil and have a great cup of coffee and any of their baked goods.
  • Probably the best place to eat alone without feeling self-conscious. Comfy, cozy, classy. Can get busy during the lunch rush, but have never had a problem finding a seat.
  • Terrasse super sympa dans quartier au top
  • One of my neighborhood favorites. Parisian cafe with friendly baristas, good espresso & tasty pastries. Outdoor seating makes it a great place to lounge with a beer/wine in hand on a sunny day.
  • The French toast is immaculate, unlinked any you've had before, and definitely the best food item on the menu for my money
  • Soup of the day is usually delicious, especially the French Onion soup
