  • The pupusas are awesome! Two should normally do - three if you've whiffed a lot of (second hand) weed on the way down Mission St.
  • best pupusas in sf. get the pork/beans/cheese ones, slather with hot sauce, and eat with the slaw. there's a pupusa platter which comes with 2 pupusas and rice and beans. i just get 1 with a salad.
  • everyone says it for a reason- get the pupusas, especially beans and cheese or pork beans and cheese.
  • The pupusas are so cheap and delicious. Also try the Salvadorean empanadas (plantain dumpling stuffed with milk pudding or beans and then deep fried).
  • Best pupusas in SF. Get the pork/beans/cheese one. You'll be full on 2.
  • Pupusas Revueltas pork/cheese combination $1.75 each delish! Get it go as the place is alway crowded.
  • Get the pupusas. Especially the pork/beans/cheese one. I try to order just one and a side salad.

  • This place so good! Best pupusas and curtido- fresh and non-greasy. Service is also super friendly.

  • Order 2 pupusas (bean meat cheese) and platanos fritos with sour cream and beans
  • Two pupusas revueltas ($4). tack on an order of plantains with crema or a glass of nutty, sweet Salvadoran horchata made with toasted seeds.

  • Panes con pavo is great on a cool summer day. Not heavy but very filling. And the horchata & tamarindo is some of the best ever
