Foursquare Tips

  • Get the garlic tonkotsu original broth. If anyone says get the low sodium make a mental note to stop asking their opinion about Japanese food.
  • Fantastic service and really good ramen. I got the garlic ramen with the pork belly and it was awesome. Perfect for garlic lovers!
  • Garlicky tonkatsu broth is serious business. Get the pork belly cha shu as it's much more flavorful than the bland cha shu.
  • Love the garlic pork ramen. So rich and delicious!
  • The dipping noodles are a fun and satisfying experience.
  • It seems like they are always out of the spicy miso.
  • Get the extra rich garlic pork ramen with and extra egg, the house salad, the fried tofu, the pork bun and some hot tea. Heavenly!
  • Get Yuzu Shio ramen. It's flavorful and the acidity balances the broth.
  • Yuzu shio ramen was excellent. Loved the hint of citrus alongside traditional broth.
  • Mixed feelings. Noodles were bomb but no drink menu, no beer or cocktails, and service wasn't that good. But, again, the soup was great.
  • You can switch pork to chicken (which is a lot more) in your ramen
  • Food not as good as capitol hill. Service also better at capitol hill. Here there were so many staff just talking and not paying attention to customers. Need to go beyond their own role.
  • The chicken ramen was great! And they have tea by the seating area.
  • The classic chicken Ramen is very warming. Classic comfort food.
  • slow ass servers = stupid ass servers?
  • Garlic tonkatsu ramen!!! Delicious and great service
  • Get the yuzo shio ramen. The bright clean flavors are a good contrast to the pork. Tempura & chicken karage are well done.
  • Garlic Tonkotsu Shouyu Ramen for the win!
  • Garlic Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen... Wow! So good!
  • Authentic ramen. Definitely a must-try for visitors.
