  • The hot brown is a must, especially for travelers. The original and the best.
  • The menu is full of delicious options. I recommend the Bluegrass BLT. 3 words. Bourbon Honey Glaze
  • Hot brown - roasted turkey breast, toast points, mornay sauce, and pecorino Romano cheese, finished with bacon and tomatoes. Created in 1926 this thing is amazing.
  • The hot brown is a diet suicide! But is great to try this original Louisville food at least one time at the place where it all started!
  • Everything about our visit was wonderful. The atmosphere and food were top notch. Came for Easter brunch and were so happy we did.
  • You can't beat their Original Hot Brown
  • Not very good, your typical hotel breakfast. Lame buffet but you can order a Hot Brown with breakfast, if you haven't tried it yet.
  • full breakfast buffet isnt worth the $15 they charge. Bacon is good though.
  • Unless you enjoy eating play-doh and canned fruit compote, I suggest skipping the pancakes.
  • Nicoise salad is my favorite here! It's so delicious!
  • Make sure to ask for Reka, the Hungarian waitress!
  • Must have a hot brown! Invented at the Brown Hotel, why not eat one here?
