  • 2 Tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2/3 Cup half and half milk
  • 1/4 Teaspoon curry powder (may use more to taste)
