Ingredients

  • 1 lb Tofu, firm
  • 1 1/2 ts Ginger, fresh -- grated
  • 1 t Roasted sesame oil
  • 1 Garlic clove (or more)
  • 2 tb Tamari, or more to taste
  • 1 1/4 c -- water
  • 1 1/2 tb Arrowroot
