  • 6 scallions, roughly chopped
  • 1/4 Cup roughly chopped flat-leaf parsley
  • 1/4 Cup roughly chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 Teaspoon crushed red chile flakes
  • 1/2 Teaspoon ground cumin
  • 4 cloves garlic, smashed
  • 2 Cup small brown Egyptian fava beans
