Tips

  • They had the best egg sandwich in the world, but they changed it slightly. You can still get the goods if you order it without arugula or aioli.
  • Check the specials board before ordering (it's on the right side wall, rather hidden). I missed it and then saw what I wanted instead too late!
  • The board on the right is no longer the specials board, it's the kids menu.
  • New (& improved) menu!
  • Wifi password changes daily. Ask for it when you order your food/drinks. Also, no outlets = no all day laptop squatters. Love this cafe!!
  • Homemade pastries are something delicious! Just plain orange juice is a real orange juice! Would spend here my day :D
  • Now open. 7 am to 8 pm
  • You'd be happy with most items on the menu, but I love their smoothies and affogato.
  • Oh la la! Breakfast sandwich is one of the best in San Francisco. Mozzarella sandwich takes time, but melts you in a heartbeat. Scones, are criminally good, fresh in the morning. Yummm!!
  • Burrata appetizer is delicious. Burger is delicious.
  • Love this place. Good food. Excellent staff. Love.
  • For his California bounty-driven cuisine Chef Tu forages wild fennel and rosemary; makes his own mozzarella, ricotta, and mascarpone; and creates a new kind of creamy risotto every night.
  • Precita Hef beer $3 all the time. Happy Hour everyday. 4-7pm Premium beers $4. Premium wines $8. Pizza, gnocchi, salads, dinner special start at 5:30!
  • Free wifi but no plug outlets? Great for iPad users.
  • Expect children. This place helps Maternal Heights live up to its name.
  • Two cups of their house dark blend will get your day started!!
  • Easy off/on to 101 at Cesar Chavez
  • A good spot to camp out and work.
  • Pastrami on rye, and the Thai iced tea!
  • Very friendly and neighborly vibe. The pizzas are particularly good.
