Foursquare Tips

  • Smart, seasonal takes on Southern and regional American aren't flawless, but great service and thoughtful cooking make this a solid neighborhood spot.
  • I love this place so much! The food is eccentric and phenomenal. You can clearly taste the love in every dish. Go for brunch or dinner. You won't be disappointed.
  • Soft shell crab sandwich is splendiferous AND uses actual Maryland crabs (I was the fuckface who asked)
  • Lavender shortbread with blueberry compote, lemon curd and buttermilk sauce is phenomenal. Ask if it's still on the menu (last night it was a special item).
  • Fresh, farm to table menu, updated regularly. Delicious potato gratin with fried oyster small plate. Day menu looks even better...
  • Extraordinary simply sophisticated food. Get the biscuit and Dutch pancake. The service is impeccable and location, convenient.
  • Fried oyster sandwich if out of this world. Very interesting mix of flavored with a unique kick of lemon.
  • Definitely try the green beans with garlic and cheese!
  • Honestly just order anything here. Everything is good.
  • If they have it, the Dutch pancake is phenomenal. Also try the flank steak, braised for a long time, yet rosy pink.
  • I'm going to go out there and call this place a hidden gem. Get cozied up at the window seat, people watch bougie post hipsters and have the perfect Sunday night dinner. Split everything.
  • Clean tasting food. I enjoyed their brick chicken and a glass of tart sangria.
  • The vegetable small dish with the poached egg... the others are probably just as good, but this was super tasty
  • Dutch pancake FTW!
  • Sit at the bar and order everything. Small plates and appetizers to share are the way to go.
  • Potlikker features decor that is both light and cheerful -- which is atypical for Williamsburg eateries. Not only that, but the food itself is a world apart.
  • Fried oyster sandwich is sososososo good.
  • Wow, this is delicious. We are the great poached eggs. And mimosa. Sidesalad was wonderful.
  • That oyster po boy though
