Tips

  • Sunday breakfast/brunch: always crowded, but never a long wait and always delicious! Best diner in Lowell!
  • Awesome classic diner in Lowell. Try an omelet (all named after streets in Lowell), but be sure to substitute the Tom's Special potatoes (with bacon and cheese) for the hash browns.
  • Try the sausage pancakes... They aren't on the menu but they can always make them.
  • Great place!! Middlesex Street omelet is amazing!
  • Best diner in Lowell. Definitely the power spot.
  • Great bacon, decent java, does anything else really matter? Home fries - good flavor and not mushy. Omelettes - not bursting at the seams but plenty of egg with enough filling for good flavor combos.
  • That's an awesome breakfast! Yes, the pumpkin pancakes were to die for! Great cultural experience too!
  • Take in the past. The 50's live!
  • Best breakfast and lunch around
  • Lowell politicians have been known to frequent the Owl Diner. You'll often see them talking to the owner.
  • The Owl Diner was packed this morning when I dropped by for a cup of hot chocolate with whipped cream. By the way, the hot chocolate was delicious.
  • The service is much better in the diner car. Try the cured ham wedge!
  • Had the Chelmsford Street Omelette. It was delicious.
  • Awesome food & nice workers
  • This is where the local eat! Great selection of omelettes.
  • Go somewhere else, food is good but the waitress and staff including management service was horrible; my friends and I visit diners every week, drove 45min to come here to be treated indifferent
  • The Cheeseburger on Bulky Roll was okay. The fries were really good though!
  • Super delicious, fast service, and great prices!
  • Blue berry pancakes with bacon well done. Great stuff
  • We had omelets with ham in them, but the ham was minced, almost the texture of ground meat. Not what we expected after reading about their "whole fresh ham, carved & sliced".
