Foursquare Tips

  • Incredible beer list, maybe the best Belgian list in LA, well thought out spirits too!
  • The pro scramble is the jam. It may sound boring and too healthy but it's delicious (egg whites, kale, peppers, garlic, chicken)
  • Great Cajun Chicken and Waffles for weekend brunch.
  • Remember the fries are made in duck fat - that makes them so good. I t also allowed me to steal them off the plate of my vegetarian friend.
  • Fries cooked in beef fat?!? We've eaten these before. Why aren't they labeled as such on the menu for vegetarians? Really disappointed.
  • Don't get the coffee. It tastes like sour sewage
  • I was expecting a much better beer selection. Not impressed. The female bartender wasn't pleasant either.
  • Little Bear is always debuting new specialty beers, both on draft and in bottles. Sign up for the newsletter on their website to stay on top of the ever-changing selection.
  • The pork belly tacos are a must if you love pairing rich meals with beer.
  • Love the various mussels and fries! Also a great Belgian beer selection.
  • try Vincent's Ruin...perfectly balanced and delicious!
  • Accompany your beer with a Flanders-style stew. The carbonnade touts tender chunks of ale-braised brisket, mashed turnips and sauted spinach:
  • The food is not memorable but OK. Since I am not a beer drinker I can't say anything about that part. O
  • Amazing beers, beautiful venue. Come early or you'll get stuck in a wait!
  • They have good chill music. Perfect for the atmosphere.
  • bacon grilled cheese
  • New menu is good, but I miss the old one. Always go for the grilled cheese. Skip the ahi burger--it is dense and dry (although the squid ink bun is interesting for the epicurious.
  • Very good Belgian and Belgian-style beers on tap to go with good food. Good place to watch sports.
  • Little Bear has an impressive selection of Belgian beers on tap. Pair your drink with the truffle-tastic burger and a side of the slightly sweet balsamic-roasted brussels sprouts.
  • The Little Bear burger is perfectly juicy, cheesy and seasoned. I usually go for medium but it taste pretty good medium rare.
