Island Creek Oyster Bar brings new meaning to the term “farm-to-table”. Each dish on the menu lists the farms that the seafood hails from, so you know it’s fresh. Executive chef and co-owner Jeremy Sewall makes it his mission to bring umami to this restaurant.
