  • The Jeans Bar is amazing (obviously) but if you're into up & coming designers & styles no one else will have yet it's LA's best; a landmark referenced in everything from "Less Than Zero" to "Clueless"
  • If you're looking for good shopping in L.A., this is it! If you're looking for Fred Seagull, this isn't it. He lives down by the pier.
  • I could spend an entire day navigating all the tiny shops in this L.A. outpost. I may be a bit biased, though: My own line of bracelets is sold here! Mary Kate Steinmiller, fashion market editor
  • TEMPTU loves Fred Segal Melrose! This Valentine's Day, stop by for a beauty makeover with TEMPTU and Fionagh Cush, makeup designer of the new film Beautiful Creatures, from 1 - 6!
  • "I'm bonkers about the selection." - Tammie Brown, RuPaul's All Stars Drag Race
  • Start here and then venture down the street for other cool shopping
  • Great designers always ahead of the fashion victims buy still remembers the classics!
  • The sales staff are super-super nice and helpful, but if you look at anything for more than a second they'll bring you that and ten more things you didn't even want. Be careful

  • Finish an afternoon shopping spree with a fresh fruit smoothie at the stores Comfort Caf.
  • An LA institution of style. Find niche designers and hard-to-find brands. Ask for a sample of TAY skincare at Apothia.
  • The store that Fred opened in the Fifties in West Hollywood is now a shopping institution. It's easy to spend an afternoon here combing the well-edited racks.
  • CA (Shop) Great place for new, upcoming, & can't-find-it-anywhere-else fashion. Best part: The Weho location is only a15min walk from The Standard, Hollywood!
  • Shopping with Barbie led us to a new place every outing, but I'd always make time to stop and get her something at her personal fave - Fred Segal.
  • Great store but they cant accept credit cards without a chip. Lame. Had to totally void my purchase.
