Canton, MA (RestaurantNews.com) Dunkin’ Donuts, America’s all-day, everyday stop for coffee and baked goods, announced today the signing of a multi-unit store development agreement with franchise group, Finely Grounded Inc. to develop two Dunkin’ Donuts restaurants in Phoenix, Arizona over the next several years. The first restaurant under the agreement is planned to open in 2017.
Husband and wife team Gina and Jason Kaiser of Finely Grounded Inc. have been franchisees with sister brand Baskin-Robbins since 2012. They currently own and operate five Baskin-Robbins shops throughout Arizona, including one-non traditional location, with plans to open two more non-traditional Baskin-Robbins locations in the state.
“We are proud to be joining Baskin-Robbins’ sister brand, Dunkin’ Donuts, as franchisees, and look forward to expanding Dunkin’ Donuts’ presence in Phoenix and play an important role in the daily lives of people who live, work and visit here,” said Gina Kaiser, Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin-Robbins franchisee. “We have a passion and loyalty for both brands, and over the past four years the support we’ve received from the Dunkin’ Brands corporate team has been crucial to our growth as business owners.”
Franchise opportunities are still available to develop Baskin-Robbins standalone shops throughout Phoenix, and to fuel development the brand is offering compelling financial incentives* that include 50 percent off the initial franchise fee and reduced royalty rates for five years.
