Tips

  • If 'Cheers' had been set in SF, this would have been the bar. Classic local's spot w/ better-than-you'd-expect food. Opt for a whole bottle and just try not to order the fries, I dare you.
  • Cute wine bar -- get the sliders and fries with truffle aoili to share
  • Paleo options - $1 Oyster Happy hour for your Omega-3 needs. Other small plate options: Tuna or Steak Tartare, Roasted Brussel Sprouts, Escargot salad, plus others. Good wine list.
  • Skip the flights and get a bottle. Oh and $1 oysters during Happy Hour!
  • Incredible ambience, wine and food. The Stoller Pinot Noir is great, fiancee enjoyed the Lucifer beer and the Napoli pizzetta and cheese plate were great. No complaints here.
  • Great bartenders and a truffle oil (white) pizza are the pros. Higher prices are the con. Consider this your Marina retreat when away from the Marina. If that's your thing? Not mine really.
  • Last thing..great wine
  • If you're here for the food, try the beef sliders. A delicious take on a classic.
  • Great chill wine bar with a great atmosphere. Get a nice bottle of vino and chat with friends.
  • $1 happy hour oysters
  • The deviled eggs are a must!
  • Lite bites
  • Horrible service AND rude bartenders. Oakland location is much better.
  • $1 oyster happy hour: 4-6 weekdays and 5-7 Saturdays!
  • The stuffed and fried squash blossoms are outta control delicious. (Especially with a glass of the Pigato.) And they're lightly battered in rice flour so they're totally gluten free THANK YOU!
  • The seared scallops are amazing. Little delicious roe eggs explode in your mouth, all on a delicious fresh flavor sauce of oranges and squash maybe, a hint of spice, flavor explosion! So fresh.
  • The ahi tuna tartar and french fries are to die for! Little bummed they do not have any New Zealand Sauv Blanc by the glass.
  • Try the big funky reds tasting flight!
  • Get the tempranillo and the meat balls.if you're looking for a young wine - try the shooting star
  • Order the caramelized onion pizzetta with truffle oil.
