It’s no secret that Disney World’s Golden Oak community offers some of most luxurious homes and properties for the ultimate Disney fan, but it’s about to get even better. Last week, Disney began sales for the Four Seasons Private Residences Orlando. Starting at $5 million, these 6,000- to 10,000-square-foot homes include some of the best amenities, views and interiors to appeal to the child in everyone.
The new residences, located within the Golden Oak community, offer three beautiful collections, each with their own distinctive setting. The Starview collection will offer water and golf course views with private terraced backyards, while Gardenside homes will feature views of the property's garden and landscaping, with two corner homes offering private interior courtyards. The Eastwood collection includes four different European-styled options, and will include views of the area’s natural preserve. All three styles are available with customizable options that include luxurious add-ons like a wine room or butler pantry.
"Homeowners at Golden Oak have the rare opportunity to create unforgettable memories with family and friends for generations to come,” Page Pierce, Vice President of Disney Resort Real Estate Development, said in a statement. “Four Seasons Private Residences Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort combines two brands renowned for impeccable service, outstanding amenities and exceptional experiences: Walt Disney World Resort and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.”
Here, owners will still enjoy all the benefits of being a Golden Oak member (including Disney in-park and resort benefits) in addition to having a private entry and access to in-home perks including spa treatments, cleaning, dining and catering. Residents will also have special access to the Four Seasons’ Kids for All Season program, five pool areas, tennis courts and six onsite restaurants.
