Foursquare Tips

  • If the vendor has bananas on their table then they're not local. Support your local farmers!
  • Longhorn Ranch and Heller's both located in C shed are both local and carry locally grown produce and meats. Get your lettuce and fish at refresh Farms.
  • Always inquire where the farm is if they don't display it. Some of the booths are just dealers & you're not getting local produce!
  • Flowers, socks and coffee.
  • A place where you can buy local produce, eggs, meat, pasta, soap and more! Not all vendors are selling local stuff, so ask and/or be aware of what is in season.
  • Go to Shed A and buy soap from Syracuse Soapworks. Locally made soap that is good for you and the environment. Wonderful scents! They even have a Cuse Soap (citrus).
  • Super cheap and fresh products.
  • Refresh farms sells locally grown lettuce and tilapia , all aquaponic. No pesticides or artificial fertilizers.
  • Go see Aubry at Witty Wicks and see her beautiful candles! A portion of every "hope" candle is donated to Hope for Heather!
  • remember to go before the vendors leave at 2pm....no crowds today
  • Great for produce, but also nice place to find local cheeses, honey, maple syrup and baked goods.
  • Hot off the fryer mini-doughnuts with cinnamon and sugar melt in your mouth.
  • I fill my backseat with fresh fruit and vegetables for less than $20 every week!
  • Great spot, even this time of year, for fresh fruits n vegetables.
  • Lots of vendors, farmers, and wares to see and buy. Always a great experience had, rain or shine.
