  • Designed as a town square at Atlanta's 1996 Olympics, it became a center of controversy when a bomb killed two people & injured 111 others. Militant anti-abortionist Eric Rudolph was held responsible.
  • Wednesday WindDown is a free concert series every Wednesday from 5:30-8 p.m. at Centennial Park during the summer months.
  • Host to millions of visitors a year and an annual Independence Day concert and fireworks display, the Atlanta 1996 Olympic Park is the place to check-in on Olympic Day June 23.
  • This is the largest downtown park in the country developed during the last 25 years and spans 21 acres. Each ring in the Olympic Fountain is 25 feet in diameter which is large enough for 2 cars!
  • Enjoy an hour and a half of ice skating in the heart of downtown Atlanta.
