  • Southern-inspired and always interesting, Buttermilk Channel is worth checking out. The grilled flatbread and vegetable sides with cheddar waffles are always stand outs.
  • If you order anything but the Fried Pork Chop for brunch, you're really missing out (okay, maybe the poached eggs too). Bloody Mary's (even the one with the oyster) are just so-so...
  • Get the twice-fried bird that's spent a night in buttermilk, a thick round waffle with cheddar melted right into the batter, savoy cabbage slaw & maple syrup spiked with reduced balsamic vinegar.
