Spicy Crab Salad Sliders
This is the perfect summer dish for seafood lovers (like me) who also enjoy that extra kick of spice. It's also quite versatile — suitable for a large backyard barbecue, a simple dinner for two, or even a snack on the beach. There are plenty of ways to make hot chocolate boozy, including simply throwing a dollop of Frangelico or Baileys into a cup of hot chocolate mix. This recipe for Spiked Hot Chocolate, however, kicks it up a notch.

Curry Powder
Many Iraqi recipes call for curry powder, and this is the way I make it. An example of a recipe I use this in often is Layered Carrots and Rice – Jizer M’tubuq. It is best to buy whole spices and grind them yourself. You can see this recipe made here in this video. This is modified from a recipe found on Recipes by Rachel. I think I cut down the cayenne pepper powder even more, as we do not like heat. Feel free to do that also. It is still flavourful.-UmmBinatThis recipe is courtesy of UmmBinat via Food.com

Crispy Buffalo Wings
Buffalo wings are always a crowd pleaser. Some like them mild, some prefer them spicy, but everyone likes them crispy, and Hungry Jack mashed potato flakes could be the secret ingredient you’ve been looking for to achieve the perfect crunch. Chicken is coated in cayenne sauce before being rolled in potato flakes. Season a second time, then bake an easy four-step recipe that makes good use of the last of the potato flakes in the box.Click here for more great back-of-the-box recipes.

Best Dry Rub
The beauty in barbecue is simplicity. Good quality meat and fire does most of the hard work in this old-school way of cooking, but a good dry rub is the foundation to all great smoked meats. Down South, rubs aren’t complicated at all and usually consist of just kosher salt and fresh cracked pepper. Our version is very similar, but we add a little light brown sugar to compliment the sweetness of the meat, and pinch of cayenne for color

"My boys use to spend their summers with their grandmother in Alabama. She would treat them to a meal at a restaurant that served white barbecue sauce over chicken and my family thought it was wonderful. I started making it at home and every time I make the sauce, it brings back memories of those summers in Tuscaloosa. The white sauce should be applied only at the very end of your grilling or smoking because it will breakdown and separate if it is heated too long." — Sabrina Everett, Thomasville, Ga. Vegetable Bean
Admittedly, it’s not the prettiest vegetable dish. But, I swear to you, it tastes and smells a lot better than it looks. I guess the dried red kidney bean was sort of an unfortunate choice (color-wise), so feel free to substitute another kind of dried bean for this soup if purplish-brown doesn’t do it for you.
