Foursquare Tips

  • Grapefruit sculpin is so awesome. Sounds weird, tastes great.
  • Pork belly with peaches, duck nachos
  • This is like a Death Star of craft brewing. I seriously thought it was a small moon as I approached. If you're a BP fan, you will naturally gravitate here.
  • Love love love this brewery! Do the tasters and try the stumbler and mango keel
  • You can never have too much Victory at the Sea Coffee Vanilla Porter can you?!
  • It being packed on a mid-week night should tell you something. The plethora of beer options will leave you wanting to move in.
  • This brewery is awesome. Victory at Sea is my GOAT kid
  • Arguably San Diego's most well known brewery. Great selection and everything is great!
  • The food here is great, try the octopus appetizer. Beers are great too!
  • Get a flight for a good time
  • Great upscale vibe with food, beer, wine, and atmosphere! Take the electric cart if have to park a distance! A+++
  • Grapefruit sculpin, pineapple sculpin and Diablo wings
  • A wide range of unexpected flavored beers, do a few flights so you can try a lot of them! Food is great! Get the Duck nachos, kale salad with grilled chicken, and truffle fries!
  • Not a lot of vegetarian / vegan options despite the menu on Foursquare saying there was a veggie burger...
  • Craft beer
  • not a fan of truffle fries...sound great but had way better
  • Great brews but steer clear of the outside bar for seating. It gets really ripe with a rather unpleasant stale beer stank.
  • Much more extensive taplist than the other miramar location, including R&D beers. Great vibe, great beer, and a kitchen for those inevitable beer munchies.
  • Try the samples of the beers to decide... Great options. The food is superb here... U can try anything
  • A bit crowded. You have to speak loud in a big party. Beer is ok. Food is expensive. It's not my favorite brewery in SD.
