Foursquare Tips

  • Be sure to sit at the counter if you want to be able to overhear old-timey New Yorkers insulting each other.
  • Some great food, very nice people.
  • Apple stuffed French toast was quite good, and the fresh OJ was really decent. A bit overpriced, but I guess that goes with being in a tourist district.
  • I came here the day after food poisoning from a party. I was still queezy and the waitress was so sweet and mothering. Brought me selzer water and Oatmeal. I love this is old timer NY restaurant.
  • Most expensive diner in the city but I love the curly fries
  • Excellent chicken rice soup!
  • Forget this joint. Overpriced shitty wanna be dennys
  • Very good milkshake!
  • In general, stupidly over-priced. Not that it is any suprise..
  • Breakfast dishes come with french fries, not hash browns or other breakfast potatoes
  • The French toast and sausages are good. The service was horrible.
  • Muy bueno para desayunar o almorzar. A pasos de Central Park
  • Terrible food, the owner rants at his employees in front of the clients despite their good service. Plastic plates, mediocre taste on everything I proved so far. Pricey for its quality.
  • This place is spacious and comfortable but tastes are no good
  • Great place for locals where to enjoy good food in a very laid back environment.
  • The soup is inexpensive and delicious!
  • Give a good tip they deserve it
  • Great food and prices!
  • Food was pretty terrible and overpriced. Avoid entrees and stick to classic diner fare like breakfast, sandwiches, etc
  • There was an open table for two and it was just me, so they asked me to wait. Yea, I'll wait, somewhere else. For forever.
