  • Sushi flown in from Japan? Yes, please. Impeccably plated with a side of orchid.
  • This was my first "Fancy" Ramen experience. Don't think a bowl is worth $15, but tasty nonetheless. Definitely try the Scallop Cake and for all my whiskey fans, the Nikka Nori Old Fashioned is a must!
  • stick with the special nigiri - best in the city
  • What do you get when you pair owners of Small Bar and the former chef from Mirai? A magical little sushi spot in West Town that delivers incredible flavors in its surprise platings. [Eater 38 Member]
  • Be sure to order the Kimchi Ramen
  • The spicy chicken ramen is too salty
  • The "Arami ramen" is beefy and thick. It's good for when you want ramen, but you also want pot roast. The soup is overseasoned and somewhat gravy-like, but this is generally pretty good.
  • A little pricey, but the best sushi in Chicago. You have to have the Brussels sprouts with lamb.
  • Arami Ramen: Deep and rich, this is one soul-satisfying broth, topped with a perfectly cooked poached egg.
  • One of the best sushi restaurants I have been to in Chicago. Unique maki rolls, amazing scallop cake & the seared tuna appetizer was delicious.
  • get the arami ramen!
  • Try the Cauliflower - Hmmm good!
  • Try the Zuke Sake Hotate
  • Togarashi seared tuna - seared tuna, seaweed salad, kelp noodle, creamy Meyer lemon dressing. Is great.
  • Sushi steals the show, but don't be shy about trying the kitchen food.
  • Freshest sushi in Chi. Get the truffle hamachi!
  • Seared togarashi tuna. Trust me - order two. It's delicious meaty tune with togarashi spice rub on a bed of kelp noodles. Happiness on a wee little plate!
