  • Oh Genius Bar. Why make me setup a time in advance when the only thing consistent about the process is that you are always late!
  • Terrible customer service. I went in to buy a MacBook and left to go to another Apple store after we were ignored. Employees were talking with other employees, while we stood there awkwardly.
  • Cust service was horrible... thx for the tip! we waited 30 mins then walked out, FYI Legacy Village Store is Awesome!!! I own Mac and apple products and the extra 15 min drive is worth it for me!
  • Lousy customer service. Go to Legacy Village. Don't waste your time here. Also have rec'd inaccurate tech advice too.

  • With a reservation, I waited longer to hand them my device for repair than the actual repair took. Many employees who won't talk to you if you don't have a useless appointment.
  • Make sure you give yourself a couple hours if you need help! You'll be there forever
  • Surprisingly; most of the employees are pretty uneducated about the finer details of the products. It's mostly a 'glam' job for them I suppose. Beautifully designed but try to order online if possible
  • Best Geniuses in NE Ohio. Willing to help you out, even if you bring in an impossible request like I did.
  • Check your computer before you leave with it. They tend to forget to put little things back into it, like Airport cards.
  • Where your sunglasses in the store. It sure is bright in thier.
