Tips

  • Well named restaurant - even apple maps can find it
  • More intricate dishes include a terrine of smoked trout and mackerel wrapped in smoked salmon with diced beetroot and horseradish; the thinnest of octopus carpaccio with caperberries, chilli and lemon
  • Keep asking for the "posh" wine list. It is amazing value and great fun.
  • Modern dining executed with simplicity and perfection
  • Very nice indeed. Great hospitality and I heartily recommend the cockles
  • This place didn't disappoint- daily menu, fresh ingredients, very flavoursome. To avoid the 2 hour wait for a table, choose to sit by the bar (space is tiny) to see all kitchen actions!
  • Delicious food with a mix of British and Mediterranean flavors. Good wine list - and great prices. Perfect spot off of soho square
  • A lot has been said on this place an the food is indeed great. You must try the Negroni as that is one of the best I've tasted.
  • offers a completely new modern European menu each and every day to just 35 lucky diners (think hearty, carnivorous dishes, such as grilled ox tongue, saddle of wild hare and lamb pie).
  • Love that many mains are available in a smaller serving, and most of the regular wine list can be ordered by the glass - makes it perfect for trying as much of the frequently changing menu as you can!
  • Une trs belle approche de la cuisine anglaise. Nous avons beaucoup apprci. Juste quelques regrets au niveau du bruit.
  • Excellent Mediterranean food: grilled fish with horseradish coleslaw was perfect and so was the panna cotta with pistachio and rhubarb. For groups there is private dining downstairs.
  • A small restaurant with a great vibe. Modern European food, whatever it is, is a great combination of casual dishes. Nice wine collection as well. Expect a hour wait for a weekend night.
  • Seafood was great, small restaurant that does not take reservations
  • Comida muy buena, sin embargo el local es ruidoso y pequeo, algo caro y con una obsesin excesiva por la msica de James Brown
  • It is slightly noisy and packed, but the food is undoubtedly worth trying. The seabream was well done and the waiters were responsive. I do recommend to book it for lunch (no dinner reservations).
  • This pork was really tough
  • Top foody destination in Soho
  • Cod with fennel, amaZing, chegar chocolate mousse with pistachio is delicious
  • Good food, nice people
