Tips
- Don't miss chef David Bumgardner's menu - the food is excellent and perfect for pairing.
- W&G is accessed via a hidden entrance behind a moving bookshelf (pull the Savoy one!). Once inside, ask for the Blackberry Sage Smash with Knob Creek/ lemon/ sugar.
- Sean Kenyon's speakeasy joint is hidden behind a bookshelf. Between Kenyon's cocktails and food from former Squeaky Bean chef Max MacKissock, this remains the hottest place to go for drinks and food.
- Welcome to the best bar in Denver.
- Shhhhhhhh!
- Reservations a must!
- This place is amazing! The bartenders are passionate about their cocktails and even memorize out names! Cant wait to have dinner here soon!
- Tremendous atmosphere in this cool speakeasy. If available, ask for the "lookout" seats, which allow you a good view of everything. I loved the St. Germain (original) cocktail.
- This place is pretty great. Pricey, but after 2 cocktails, you're pretty sloshed. The staff is super knowledgable. Challenge them.
- One of the best speakeasies I've been to, and I've been to a lot. Service is amazing.
- Use the secret handshake on Courtney (our current COBG President) and she'll just look at you weird. We don't have a secret handshake.
- Amazing drinks, very creative. Ask for them to make a recommendation.
- This place is amazing!!!!
- you don't need to make a reservation on weekdays, but make sure you do for the weekends.
- Smoky mountain is the way to go. Say hi to Courtney!
- A high-quality, non-pretentious speak-easy type bar. I love that the kitchen is open late for some eats to pair with your classic cocktail. My favorite part? The stellar deal on Don Julio 1942.
- Denver can't get enough of the gastro-fare and exceptional cocktail program at Williams & Graham. Escape into the Prohibition era for one of the city's finest cocktails. [Eater 38 Member]
- I hear the tequila Ocho is divine.
- The BEST old fashioned ever is the "old" old fashioned. This is my favorite bar of all time. Period.
- Try the "New" Old Fashion so good!
