What’s new on burger menus? The number of interesting items that aren’t burgers. Ten years ago it would have been heresy to suggest that what a burger bar needed was more non-burger winners. Now it’s better understood that burger alternatives and burger complements can save a burger menu from becoming one-note tunes.
