  • Brilliant selection of Austrian and German whites.
  • Sommelier Rodney Setter is a Riesling Guru. Tap 'done' if he looked after you brilliantly. There's a reason he has Sydney's best wine list!
  • Delectably divine degustation menu & wonderful service. Our meal took five hours but dinner at Sepia is an event in itself. If you can't do Tetsuya's, come to Sepia. Or just come anyway.
  • Elements of Chocolate is to die for!
  • Be prepared for 4 hours of 10 courses of delicious food, the dessert for now would be the winter chocolate forest. Which was divine.

  • Spectacular .. the chicken liver parfait is like velvet and the salted praline ice cream with soft meringue, praline toffee and shaved truffle is the most astoundingly divine desert I've ever eaten!

  • 7 savoury then 3 dessert courses make up an amazing degustation. Staff are really efficient and the courses are paced well. Loved all of them. Try the cold drip coffee with dessert!
  • Japanese Stones crisp, smooth shells of cocoa butter crack open to reveal soft centres of chocolate, coconut cream custard and cherry, on a bed of yuzu jelly and green tea moss.
  • Seriously. This is one of Sydney's very best restaurants. Elements of Chocolate will be a life changing experience, and the essences of whichever shellfish risotto they are doing is a must.

  • This High End Restaurant have a simple food menu-choices of either 5 or 9 course but very comprehensive wine & tea menu.Lots of friendly staff around & service beats 5 stars hotel.
