  • The right place for a quick glass of wine and cured meat and cheese perfection. Take a sandwich to go if youre on the move.
  • Cesare Casella's small plates parlor is a great place for a few bites of premium imported antipasti and a glass of wine, or a larger meal of more substantial meat and pasta dishes. [Eater 38 Member]
  • Cesare Casella does wondrous things with vegetables, beans, cheese, and salumi at this tiny spot that's remarkably laid back at lunch, On Thursdays, the buffalo mozzarella arrives straight from Italy.
  • Roughly 20 different meats are for sale at any given time at a counter with a small, attractively arranged display. The menu offers a limited selection of small plates, none over $8.
  • The mortadella is outrageous and not too pricey
  • Anne Burrell, of Food Network's The Best Thing I Ever Ate, stops by Salumeria Rosi Parmacotto in New York, NY, for salumi and small plates. We recommend the Costina. Find more tips at FN Local.
  • This is not just any salumeria! The real draw here is the selezione, a variety of sized samples, sliced salumi, and prosciuttos.
  • Come hungry, order everything. Just do it, you won't regret it...just walk it off on the way home.
  • Beans, beans, beans. Do not insult Cesare by *not* ordering his heirloom beans.
  • Decent food, but nothing extraordinary, and therefore overpriced.
  • The plates are small so don't hesitate to order a few items. We recommend the prosciutto di parma, caponata, and costina.
  • Perfect for a small group, attentive service and really tasty italian tapas.
  • They brought various salumi and bread to Choice Eats- you know it was tasty since it stood out among all the elaborate dishes! Can't beat that age old combo.
  • The most amazing selection of Italian cured meats in NYC. This place is a perfect first date spot to share some wine and small plates of deliciousness.
  • and btw I think it's called Salumeria Rosi not Rossi
  • Great environment, friendly service and the food was great! Like proper italy ;)
  • Everything is so good here. Get the meat and cheese to start things off. Then perhaps one of the lasagna. Or maybe the gnocci or pesto. Can't go wrong.
  • Everything was amazing...Issa the manager was a perfect host and made the experience all that much better. Tiffany the bartender was great as was our server. All in all a 10!
  • Small tapas plates but delicious
  • Great welcome, friendly waitresses, good service (minus the dirty silverware),OK food, none of which deserves such high pricing. Skip it try the next door until their prices come down to our earth.
