  • I am German; I was born and raised there. This is the best German food I have had in the US! The potato pancakes (Kartoffelpuffer) are better than the ones my mom used to make!
  • Gotta try their potato pancakes! They are crispy on the outside, creamy on the outside, and come with chive sour cream and applesauce.
  • The staff and the waitresses all speak German. It's just as authentic as authentic can be.
  • El beef roulade no tiene abuela, y el breast of chiken espectacular!!!!!
  • Try there signature soup 'Soljanka'
  • The schnitzel is to-die for.
  • Go to Walzwerk and try the jager schnitzle or the cheese spatzle with a glass of Riesling.
  • Schnitzel is real good
  • So good! Try the chicken breast stuffed with apple and bacon!!! And the potato pancakes of course!
  • Tremendous food, and run by incredibly nice people.
  • Delicious Jagerschnitzel
  • kstliche Speisen
  • Special spaetzle is my dream dish. I come many times a week when it's on the menu.
  • When they serve Chicken Liver Pate, mix some of it with the Jaeger Schnitzel.
  • All the beer!
  • Cheese sptzle is bomb. Jgerschnitzel is bomb too. Way better than Suppenkche in terms of vibe, price, and wait time. Better quality without the unneeded hype
  • Special place; my cozy retreat for 20 years(!) Sylvaner, Jgerschnitzel, Underberg to finish. Ms. Schmidt ist Klasse, Genial, Wunderschn.
  • Excellent food and all-around very good, although it does diverge from authenticity a bit. Probably the coolest atmosphere of any restaurant Ive ever been to. It is done up like a 1970s GDR pub
  • Nice german food! Loved mashed potatoes and vegeterian shnitzel. Coffee in old-fashioned cups was good too.
  • Get the cold dog for dessert! Chocolate butter cookie so good
