Tips
- Melt in yo mouth. Chicken and oysters, tsukune, pork chashu, shrimp toast were all delish. Order the ramen half-size! Black ramen ftw
- Happy Hour 5:30-7 Monday-Friday
- A half-portion of ramen and a couple of robata skewers = great comfort food
- "When you're in the mood for miso-marinated beef tongue, or the delicate chicken meatballs called tsukune, or delicate grilled shiitakes, you're probably in the right restaurant." - Jonathan Gold
- Try venturing to West Hollywood for your fix of ramen and charcoal grill action at the brand-new Robata Jinya.
- Kill samurai rolls are delicious! Take them if you like crab meat.
- Best dishes: Yellowtail sashimi w jalapeo citrus soy, the karaage is fantastic, Chashu Pork, Angeleno roll, and any of the Ramen; best Ramen I've ever had! Call ahead to make a reservation!
- Chashu (pork belly) robata. Get it.
- Mediocrity and undeserving price are what you should expect. However the if you grow starving, the food would be divine just like any other dish by any crap cook.
- The spicy chicken ramen (karamen) is one of the best i ever had. Delicious menu, affordable!
- Sushi: go for the albacore with crispy onions and ALWAYS get some ramen. Delicious!
- If you dont like something they tell you to suck it. Spicy ramen had a sliver of pork and the broth tastes like burnt ball sack. Had ramen 200x better at Chabuya. Creamy shrimp were good though!
- Albacore sashimi with garlic and truffle. Boom. Done.
- Happy hour on apps and drinks is 5:30-7 daily!
- Excellent Food. Terrible Service. Get the Ramen!
- Great places for skewers and the ramen bowls are perfect for a rainy day.
- the robata! lotus root, enoki mushrooms, salmon belly. and the fresh tofu.
- The assorted sashimi was the best thing Ive ever eaten in my life.
- They have this tofu thing that they make in front of you. It looks cooler than it tastes but it also tastes pretty good. The omakase is a great deal too - lots of food.
- The vegan ramen is so good, especially they have the option of smaller size. The Chilean sea bass is very fresh.
