  • Try not to let the crowdedness of this place scare you off. This is a soho staple and it's amazing. Sit at the bar or get a table in the back. Order everything.
  • Oh man, the burger au poivre is so good. One of the best burgers I've ever had. Only available at the bar and not even listed on the menu yet.
  • Very romantic, very French. steak au poivre w cab is an absolute must
  • Best foie gras in NYC! Thanks for telling us about this place, Naveen!
  • Loud, clubby and crowdedand home of one of the most authentic steak frites downtown. A straight classic (despite the untimely removal of Raoul's twin outdoor benches). [Eater 38 Member]
  • Use the secret bathroom upstairs but bring some money so you can get your palm read.
  • Steak frites all the way
  • The burger is off-menu, only served at the bar, and they only serve 12 a night. By the time I got there 10 minutes before opening time, every seat at the bar was taken. But it's worth it.
  • The bar burger is off the hook
