  • This temple to Scottish dining and drinking is a superb venue in an old church. Giving new meaning to the word conversion, the brasserie pumps out meals in a dark, Mackintosh-inspired space.
  • An interesting pub in a converted church. Well located in the West End part of Glasgow. No real ale but keg heavy is recommended!
  • A must see in Glasgow. Fabulous atmosphere, stunning location & exceptional food, wine and service. Recommend booking in advance as is very popular. Try the Cullen Skink. Vast selection of whiskies.

  • There are cheaper bistro-style meals, such as Cullen skink (soup made with smoked haddock, potato, onion and milk) or vegetarian haggis served with Arran mustard sauce.
  • 1/9 i came back to remember. I tried so long to avoid it, but i was going crazy, I needed to be back in the old haunts, see if what I felt was real. see if you were still around. (2/9 @ the Belle)
  • Try a Caorunn Gin and tonic, served with a slice of apple. This is the only bar I've found that stocks this specialist Scottish brand. Nice.

  • Sunday night had a nice Vibe with the acoustic set ... Also sat outside ( warm dry night ), busy corner allowing you to watch the world go bye
  • This is a good place for a date. You could should take a seat outside as you can see the scenic Byres Road beside it.
  • Try 'A play, a pie, a pint' lunchtime theatre. Get there beforehand to get your pie on, then enjoy 45 minutes of up-close and personal storytelling.
