  • A nice place to drop in for Basque-inspired tapas: crisp, gooey chicken croquettes; lamb meatballs glazed with caramelized tomato sauce; tiny squid stuffed with duck sausage; or Spanish cured meats.
  • Order the beer-braised octopus!
  • The owner and manager are both very friendly and the food is amazing. Hands down the best restaurant in Pasadena. Oh, and the most flavorful sangria ever.
  • Pork belly was amazing!
  • Ask for Estrella Damm beer imported from Barcelona. Great for summer.
  • The octopus tastes like sausage; don't bother if you're thinking of "pulpo a la gallega". Anyone coming for spanish food would be disappointed. However, the place is nice and the service is very good.
  • a frou frou -casual place with good wine & food. try the fideua negra. excellent!!
  • Beer braised octopus is the best!
  • I loved just about every everything I tried. Outstanding charcuterie, mole-stuffed squids served in their ink.
  • All the food is great. Wine is a little pricey, but very good. Wait staff could be more attentive.
  • Only Spaniard restaurant worthy in LA, run by Americans and cuisine based on vasque cuisine.
  • The salt cod croquettes are light and airy; the pinxtos topped with braised tongue are rich and as tender as roast beef; the ocean-scented squid ink fideua is liberally studded with fresh mussels.
  • The wine list includes not one but three Txakolinas, as well as Basque ciders and the hard-to-find Rueda from Belondrade y Lurton, which is among the most delicious of all Spanish whites.
  • Yum. Small plates made for sharing with lots of Spanish wine. Small and hidden on green st, independently owned by females. All the things you want to love and support.
  • Best sangria ever. Food was delicious, especially the lamb meatballs and the crunchy artichoke. Place has a San Francisco vibe to it.
  • Everything we had was yum! Get some red wine, charred spring onions, heirloom carrots and the chicken croquettes!
  • Try the new artichoke dish and have the prawns with the shell on!
  • Order the Jamon Serrano, the Chicken Croquette, and the Beef Short Rib. Thank me later.
  • It's classy it's delicious it's reasonably priced
  • Great place for wonderful tapas. Definitely save room for cheese and sherry.
