Foursquare Tips

  • Over 20 kinds of oysters ranging from $1.95 to $3.50 each. Fresh! Make sure to bring your own sauce to make tasting better. Live crabs, clams and mussels are delicious and cheap. Get grilled squid too
  • Get the fresh oysters shucked while you wait.
  • Go for the very fresh uni!
  • Ketchup and sauces at the register, napkins ans salt on the tables
  • If you are an uni lover, this is a must go-to spot. 12.99/lb and one of the freshest unis you will ever consume.
  • Get a pickle for $1! Yum. (They are near the cashier next to the ceviche/poke.)
  • Choose a variety of oyster on the half-shell. Yum!!
  • FRESH seafood what more can you ask for? Honestly, don't expect it to be a fancy restaurant though. Dining tables are in a patio where seagulls can fly in and attack you while you're eating
  • Order first then head to the oyster bar. Food takes between 30-50 minutes on busy nights
  • While the seafood has its hits and misses, the live, freshly-shucked sea urchin is delicious and inexpensive, around $11 a pound.
  • Don't forget to stop before you go and buy lemons and tapatio because they don't give enough lemon and the tapatio in 5.00 a bottle for the small one.
  • Know what you want and make sure you get in the right line!
  • Order where you see it. Grab a ticket if it's busy. Order the stuff that takes longer to cook first and the other stuff after (crab/lobster, then fish, then oysters, then steamed clams...etc..).
  • Recommend the broiled red snapper. I do not recommend the shrimps on a stick or the clam chowder.
  • Dungeness crab.
  • Parking on Coral connects to restaurant. Little neck clams with white wine sauce = the bizz
  • Loved this place since I was a kid. The BEST place to eat seafood.
  • Seafood is okay but I was a little shocked to see the inflated prices.. $4 an oyster..?
  • It gets really packed so yey to go early. Fresh seafood is amazing here.
  • Fresh seafood for cheap--whole live uni for a fraction of resto cost.
