Foursquare Tips

  • Bubble tea made with coconut milk. My first time trying it this way. Not bad!
  • Best Vegan Thai Food!
  • Since you're so close, go check out the Banksy piece on the corner of Essex St and Hersey Pl.
  • Pad Thai Mmmm.
  • Food is awesome but the service could use some help.
  • Try the Vegan Hot and Sour Soup
  • When you enter the building it splits, head up the stairs
  • Tasty vegan food!!! Don't let the stairs scare you!
  • The space at Thai Vegan Caf is open and accomodating of large groups, and the food isn't so bad either! Inexpensive offerings make this spot a tasty must-have for vegans.
  • Try their Green, Red or Masaman curry first. Thank me later.
  • Coconut Bubble Tea... WIN!
  • Their banana bubble tea always makes my sweet tooth happy.
  • Temple Soup (cocunut base to die for) is amazing and their bubble tea is worth a shot.
  • All the bubble tea is coconut milk based. You pick your fruit/flavor and if you want bubbles. The tea itself is like a smoothie.
  • Try the green curry and tamarind "chicken". Delicious and reasonably priced! The Thai iced tea boba and banana boba tasted great!
  • By far the best Thai food I have ever had. Pity I live so far away!
  • Pad See Ew is to die for. The fried wantons with spicy dipping sauce are outrageous. Best part is that it's all 100% vegan!
  • The different varieties of curry are all worth it to try, and the ramen is one of the best in the area.
  • A little tricky to find the way in but very good!
  • S-L-O-W service (some of the time)
