Tips

  • The Yuzu Shio Ramen with French sea salt, kelp, and Japanese citrus is the best of the bunch at this Bellevue restaurant.
  • Definitely the best ramen in Seattle. Get the tonkatsu ramen!
  • Go for the original Japanese tonkatsu broth, don't skimp for the low sodium Americanized booth.
  • Being the brand new and one of tje best ramen in Seattle, this place is packed for botj lunch and dinner. But table for 2 will get seated much faster than bigger parties.
  • Also, freshen up after eating a bowl of garlic ramen with some complimentary mouthwash in the restrooms
  • Takoyaki - Squid Dumpling
  • Get the Tonkotsu ramen with the original broth. If anyone tells you to get the low sodium option it is a tell tail sign that they don't really know ramen.
  • The chicken karaage is awesome.
  • Love the tonkotsu ramen with an extra egg. I'm crazy about their soft boiled eggs. And the almond tofu dessert. Delicious! Get your own. I won't share.
  • Garlic tonkotsu shoyu ramen is a delicious addition to the menu.
  • The Tonkotsu is one of their most popular dishes, and with good reason. I like to order it with an extra side of noodles, which they bring out when your close to only having only broth left. Yummy!
  • One thing they need is a heat lamp by the entrance. Whenever doors open, a gust of cold air comes in, and it's not very pleasant.
  • Great service!. Be ready to wait as there is a long line. The tonkotsu ramen was super delish.
  • Don't even mess with the low sodium broth. Make sure to get the soft bolied egg with your ramen.
  • Service is mediocre but the food came out fast. Tonkostsu shoyu ramen was fantastic!
  • Get the tonkostsu shoyu ramen. Ordering anyhing else is a mistake.
  • Spicy ramen is SO GOOD!
  • Best ramen I've had in Seattle so far. Tonkatsu is the best.
  • Not bad exactly but a little off. The spicy chilled tofu wasn't spicy, the chashu in my bowl of ramen a little tough and the egg on the runny side
  • Miso ramen spicy is delicious. Always a go to spot if mine
