Tips

  • New location right across the street. Most gingery tong yuen in soup I've had. Also, try their almond soup and walnut soup desserts- they're all really smooth!
  • #6--
  • They'll be moving to 29 Ning Po Street from March 1, 2016 onwards.
  • Try the Sweet Potato With Ginger Soup - Dessert
  • d
  • One of the very best traditional Hong Kong sweet soup restaurant.
  • Try few...all superb ! Esp the "tang yuan"
  • feel.
  • Fave: black sesame rice balls in ginger soup
  • The dessert is so good that youll keep coming back for more, queue is always long though. Do try the ginger soup with glutinous ball, its so soft that it melts in your mouth!
  • Skip the sesame porridge and get the sesame soup dumplings in ginger broth. Yum.
  • Mango pomelo Dessert so so only. Lotus red bean not bad
  • Lotus Red bean soup
  • I love my Cantonese dessert soups and this is my favourite place to go to. High standards and very well made - nothing watered down, over-sugared nor overcooked.
  • Interesting desserts, they probably wont change your world, but are worth a try.
  • Tang Yuan in Ginger Sweet Soup
  • Michelin recommended shop near Austin road. Expect a wait/queue. But the line moves fast so dont worry. Taro soup and mango cream is delicious
  • Pretty goodblack sesamesoup(). Even better is the tangyuan (soupball, ) - add it to anydessert. Easier to get a seat as a single during rush hour.
