Tips

  • Hole in the Wall in North Beach is a laid back place to grab a coffee or a fresh coconut. Pet-friendly and great vibes!!
  • The Cold brew is fantastic!
  • Chilled neighborhood cafe serving delicious Kenyan pour-over. Small batch roast of 50lbs at a time. Lovely spot to pass by for a short mental break. 2 cushioned bar stool for you to relax on.
  • I pull up a chair almost everyday and chat with Zak as he makes me my perfect cup of Joe ! Small footprint, great impact on the neighborhood. #uppergrant
  • Great pour over coffee, blonde or brunette :)
  • such a cute window order with solid pour over brews light, dark and medium options.
  • They only serve pour-overs but its one damn fine cup of coffee
  • Be prepared, it's a stand with tacky chairs outside! Ok, though, only in SF!
  • Classic pour over and cold brew joint. Literally a hole in the wall.
  • I like the Red Head or Testarossa as it was once named. It uses to be a medium roast. Tip: pour over only. Not espresso bar. Worth trying even if youre an espresso drink-person.
  • Only been once, got a medium roast, and it was sadly, mediocre. Not a $3.50 cup of coffee.
  • Coffee. Any of it. If you don't like coffee, you might end up liking coffee. If you still don't, get a coconut.
  • Great light roast pourover
  • This spot is funny. It is a literal hole in the wall. Reminds me of the worm from The Labyrinth. Go here if you liked that worm. Don't take it for granted!
  • Get the pookie
  • What a lovely place! Grab your coffee and chill sitting by the street! They also have wifi!
  • Great spot for freshly ground pour over coffee and not much else. No decaf.
  • If you're not feeling coffee, get a coconut
  • Cute little neighborhood spot serving coffee and coconuts (!!). This isn't the place to go for espresso beverages.
  • Open 7-6 EVERYDAY
