Foursquare Tips

  • Turkish kebab, shawarma, and falafel shop with some nice yogurt and vegetable spreads. Falafel are crisp and full of herbs; shawarma can get dry but is well-seasoned.
  • Pita bread
  • Really good food, really cheap as well I LOVE IT! 10/10 would recommend
  • On point and generous portions. Ordered the small veg meze and falafel and rice between two people. Everything was fresh, def better quality than the average Middle Eastern type place in the hood.
  • Chicken adana!
  • Kebabs!!!!
  • Cheap eats with excellent quality dishes. Meat lovers and vegetarians will both find their favorite foods.
  • The hummus and the falafel here are phenomenal. For dessert, try the Kazandibi, a creamy semolina pudding with a caramelized top.
  • Azul fellawen ..Nice and clean...
  • Hummus and falafels
  • Highlights include sigara bureka (pastry flutes filled with cheese) and the innumerable bread dips and composed salads that make this the perfect place for mixed crews of carnivores and vegetarians.
  • Great (and cheap) flame-grilled kebabs, of which the ground-lamb adana is the best. A second grilled specialty are the whole fish usually porgy, pink snapper, and sea bass charred to order.
  • Fresh food. Best Kebab Restaurant I've ever been to in NYC. Highly recommend it !! :)
  • You MUST try the shrimp shish kebab
  • If you are not sure what to eat here, get your self a mix-grill, it't the best.
  • Oh my god. Everything here is so good. The desserts are great and the kebabs are always cooked and seasoned perfectly. Wow.
  • You must have: pistachio pudding, lentil soup and karisik pide!!!! Amazing!
  • Not only kebabs, this place had the best dessert! Pistachio pudding or try them all :)
  • Rice pudding!!!!!!!
  • amazing amazing amazing :))))))))
