  • The movie Smoke was filmed here in 1995. The once western union check cashing place & once cigar shop was central to the plot. Also can be seen in alanis morisettes "hand in my pocket" video
  • moms: seriously this place is too small for two strollers. keep it outside. bring your lil human in!
  • Grab a Breakfast Pie paired with a Flat White in the morning, and you're bound to start your day on a great note.

  • Love the rewards cards! You get a punch for each savory pie and after ten you can get one free. There's a similar card for the coffee, but I've never used it. Grab them at the register.
  • No more kangaroo pie. Apparently it wasn't popular enough. Shame on everyone because it was delicious. Fortunately the Thai curry pie's still there. It remains my favorite thing on the menu.
