Foursquare Tips

  • Try the Stag on draft, it's delicious.
  • Open from 11 am until 1:30 am
  • The Stag on draft is quite delicious, try one of those!
  • "Better Off Dead" "will knock you off your ass."
  • Try the Grilled Cheese! Cheese, apple compote and honey, sandwiched between two pieces of pugliese, with a heaping side of mashed potatoes? We're there.
  • This fat, puck-size falafel was the heftiest veggie burger we encountered. This top-veg contender is every bit as filling as a burger-burger.
  • What Matt G. Says
  • Suck on the succulent frog legs
  • The grilled cheese is delicious.
  • All but two of the menu items are $10 or less. The frog legs are a swap-out for the expected chicken wings, served with classic wing condiments in usual and interpreted forms. (Joe Bonwich)
  • The beer here is good. And the food is great
  • Don't bother...The Crow's Nest is a waste of prime Maplewood real estate. The beer selection is lackluster and the food is over complicated and underwhelming.
  • Crack den!!!!
  • Great atmosphere with the menu in old record album covers and old movies projected on the wall. The food is much above typical pub food with lots of great twists on standard pub menu items.
  • The French Dip is real good.
  • Great bar that gets overlooked a lot. Try the deep fried deviled eggs!
  • This grungy dive has amazing food, loved the meatloaf supper with menus made out of old record albums of cult 70's movie soundtracks! Also great beer selection and fun crowd.
  • They have pickled onions and fried onions but not raw onions.
  • Craft beers abound and bacon infused whiskey awaits adventurous drinkers in a maple syrup tinged rendition of a Manhattan, but you can have Stag if you prefer.
