  • 100 Milliliter rolled oats
  • 100 Milliliter low-sugar muesli (no sugar added)
  • 3 Tablespoon olive oil or canola oil
  • 2 Tablespoon honey
  • 100 Milliliter milk or water
  • 2 Teaspoon cocoa powder (optional)
