Ingredients

  • 3 Cup green cabbage, leafy part only, julienned
  • 2 Cup red cabbage, leafy part only, julienned
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, seeded and membranes removed, julienned
  • 1/2 yellow bell pepper, seeded and membranes removed, julienned
  • 1/2 carrot, peeled and cut into very fine julienne
  • 1 Cup mayonnaise
  • 2 shallots, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 -2 jalapeno pepper, minced
  • 1/2 Teaspoon cumin seed, toasted and ground
  • 2 Tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 Tablespoon malt vinegar
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • fresh lime juice (to taste)
