Foursquare Tips

  • Eat ME!!!
  • The Laugen Croissant or "The Breakfast Sandwich!" Savory Goodness!
  • They have a deli case with beverages like mint lemonade and "freshly-squeezed orange juice" in to-go cups. It may not matter to most, but be forewarned: it is NOT fresh-squeezed oj (and still $3.75).
  • Rockwnwagner is now baking 'Laugencroissants.' I've never seen these outside of Germany and they're spot-on perfect.
  • All the art on the walls has silhouettes of women with guns. A little creepy and hard to explain to kids.
  • Try the Egg, Ham And Cheese On Pretzel Bread
  • The nutella mufffin and chocolate croissant are delicious!
  • Rockenwagner is the best. Great coffee, espresso and food. Jeremy and the whole staff rock!
  • The beloved breakfast sampler is no longer on the menu, but I successfully convinced the kitchen to make me one. Bircher muesli, soft-boiled egg, pretzel croissant. They forgot the jam though!
  • Lentil soup and the server
  • Great food. Great staff!
  • Great coffee + pastries! The pretzel bacon gruyere croissant and ginger scone are my fav. Hazelnut croissant is good too.
  • Cute, hip little breakfast spot with excellent omelettes and pretzel rolls
  • Cappuccino is great, so are the huevos rancheros.
  • Tasty pastries and pretzels. Even some vegan options too!
  • Pretty Cool! (For Germans) I mean walking through L.A. and suddenly entering a German bakery,...wow,...also having pretty good quality.
  • Nutella cronuts. Boooom.
  • The croissants can be hit or miss. One day they are perfectly flaky on the outside and chewy on the inside, come another day and they taste day old.
  • Highly recommend their breakfast sampler, just wish it came on the same plating as their sister restaurant's (3 Square) version.
  • Very tasty. Chocolate Salty Caramel Eclair, although expensive (6$!) rocked.
