Foursquare Tips

  • Sliced beef is killer! Spareribs good too.
  • Order the pork ribs & the small ends and add an order of their haunting house-made beef sausage. Slathered in a thick sauce, the dense link is served smoked, sliced & with a few pieces of white bread.
  • There are several locations with no area to dine in. Food is tasty and the service is fast. It helps to phone in your order and pick it up to avoid the wait. Although the wait isn't long.
  • The BBQ sauce is truly special. Get the Greens. Were some of the best I've had in socal.
  • The service sucks, to bad the food is good enough to put up with it.
  • Get the bar-b-que tray better deal than a single order
  • Foster Phillips opened this first Phillips location in 1980. He opened the 2nd location in Inglewood in 1994.
