  • Voted Best Park and Best Place to go Running by City Paper Readers for Best of Baltimore 2011
  • Huge beautiful park, but it's a little unsafe at night. Check out the pagoda, on Sunday's you can go inside for a tour. It's beautiful.
  • Love the variety of activities possible here: team sports, running, walking, biking, dog park, lounging, concerts...such a great place to enjoy the outdoors.
  • Star-Spangled Site: Militia gathered at this park, then called Hampstead Hill, in 1814 to defend Baltimore against an invading British army.
  • The best park in Baltimore city. Lined with sidewalk paths, large open fields, baseball diamonds, a lake, tennis courts it has it all. Best of all, it borders BMORE LICKS so...
  • Take a walk to check out the pagoda and get a view of Russian Orthodox Church (like something out of Aladdin).
  • There are pick up soccer games in the afternoon at the annex almost daily as long as it is warm enough to play.
  • In the Summer they have free Music in the Park with a different local band performing every week by the Pagoda. Patterson Park has been voted best park in the country by numerous magazines
  • Park is peaceful early in the morning, get your head straight!!
  • Walk up to the Pagoda and fountain. It's my favorite spot in the park and has a great view of East Baltimore. In the summer you can go up in the Pagoda, it's a great view of all of Baltimore.
  • Going to miss this place :'-)
  • The best backyard in Baltimore.
  • Amo las ardillas
  • Go to the pagoda, open on Sundays for free
  • This used to be a plantation owned by mr. Patterson who married lord Baltimores daughter
  • Some days you can go up in the pagoda for free, great view!
  • Stop by Patterson Park to watch some great tennis matches - and since you're so close to Patterson Perk stop and reward yourself with a Dirty Chai!
  • When you're stressed, depressed or distressed, come here and reflect on the beauty of nature.
