Foursquare Tips

  • Any of the muquecas are good. Tried a bunch and they are very tasty. These are basically stews
  • The tapioca coconut desert is pure bliss !
  • Don't leave without trying the Lasagne of Banana! A unique dish you won't find anywhere and the most delicious.
  • Seafood reigns supreme at this Brazilian restaurant, but there aren't many vegetarian options. Try the fish soup, shrimp sautee, seafood pie, and moqueca. Definitely stay for the delicious desserts.
  • With the new space we suspect that the innate, even celebratory warmth of its namesake seafood soups - as well as the live bossa nova - will go a long way toward keeping things intimate.
  • Go to Muqueca and have the mariscada. Don't take any prisoners (or sea creatures). Top it off w/ Christina's Ice Cream (take a walk).
  • Good God this is GOOD!!!
  • If you're vegetarian the food is great but triple check your order! A lot of dishes are optionally vegetarian but numerous times have not been communicated to the kitchen as so.
  • Mariscada. That's all. You're welcome.
  • Moqueca fish stew is amazing
  • Fish and shrimp muqueca was awesome... Must try
  • Favorite #brazilian place in Boston #owner #Antonio visionary of the stomach template, Also check #Bom #Cafe across the street. #Cod #Capixaba and #Muquecas best in #Mass
  • Fish muqueca is flavorful and tasty.
  • This place is full of simple dishes with rich flavours. Don't go crazy with the spicy that thing has a nice kick
  • Great seafood. Try the Brazilian crab cake and the Moqueca, really good. No AMEX.
  • Excellent seafood stews called Muquecas, you will not be disappointed!
  • Most authentic and delicious Brazilian restaurant in the area! I don't love fish, but I love the muqueca. Delicious fried plantains, caipirinhas (cachaa, sugar and limes), fried yucca. Great service!
  • Skip the caipirinhas (weren't good) and go straight for the kill: FEIJOADA.
  • Fish Muqueca are authentic. Make sure you get their patties, though. They're are the best in the world!
  • Seafood is very good and also their meat dishes, yucca and rice & beans combinations.
