Tips

  • Protip: don't bring your baby to this bar. Or any other bar.
  • This built from scratch beer garden features walls adorned with doors from a Greenpoint fire house and a lone pinball machine and is pouring 21 taps of locally sourced suds.
  • Not very kid friendly
  • A beautiful outdoor space, a great pinball machine, and most importantly, a carefully selected list of American and European beers. But ignore Thrillist's tip - it's NOT a "beer garden!"
  • Get Oaxaca, grab a bier
  • A pet friendly bar with 20 beers on tap makes this Park Slope favorite oneof our favorite beer bars. Bring ya pooch!
  • Def not kid friendly. Best to leave at home... It's for their own good, really...
  • Great beer, great tunes, indoor and outdoor seats, pinball. Pup friendly. I might not leave ever.
  • Check out the midget dungeon
  • My God. This bar is fantastic.
  • Quite probably the best spot for a beer in NYC. Amazing rotating taps and a fantastic rotating cask. Great tacos available across the street and dogs a-plenty hanging out. What more do you want?
  • Quoth the bartender: our wine is pretty good for a beer bar, plus we give it to you in a trough.
  • Bring your dog, else you might feel out of place.
  • The nicest bartender in Brooklyn. In New York. In the East Coast. The nicest bartender ever. Fantastic place and cheap beers too.
  • Happy Hour 4-7. Well drinks are 2 for $5. Can't beat that.
  • Dog friendly, solid selection, great staff. I dare you to find fault.
  • The wasabi Bloody Mary is absolutely ace.
  • Narragansett + shot of bourbon for $5!
  • Also, bring your pooch.
  • Order a high-gravity beer, or a pitcher of 'Gansett. There's no wrong choice.
