Foursquare Tips

  • It takes a long time to get in. Maybe too long. They won't put your name on the list until your whole party is present. Food is good though.
  • Veggie Burger sehr tasty.
  • Love the pumpkin bread French Toast and Western Tofu Scram!
  • Vegan? Fear not, Magnolia has a considerable number of menu items that are designated specifically as vegan, and many more that can be made vegan by simply removing an ingredient or two upon req.
  • Wonderful food and horrible service. Be ready to wait at least an hour and do not expect an attentive server. The food is amazing, you just need to be in a very patient mood when you go to Magnolias.
  • Get the bloody...
  • Oatmeal pancakes are to die for!
  • Sesame tofu scramble is excellent (+ vegan)!
  • Breakfast is great, especially the black beans, polenta and eggs -- So fresh!
  • The service is very slow and not attentive, but the food is really delicious. If you're going to be here, make sure you have a lot of time and a lot of patience.
  • Warning: They will confiscate your coffee at the door, even after you've waited in line for 40 minutes. Definitely not a good first impression, Magnolia. Improve your customer service.
  • Literally the best breakfast I've ever had. The staff is friendly, everything is all-nature and locally made. Worth the trip back up to Burlington for this breakfast alone!
  • The homemade ketchup is delicious. Friendly waitstaff. Highly recommend!
  • Add salsa to the meat lovers omelette. Takes it from great to fantastic.
  • Been coming here for breakfast everytime we go to Vermont. Huevos con diablo is really good.
  • Don't miss the seasonal pumpkin bread french toast, SO good!!
  • Have the homemade ketchup, it was outstanding!
  • Great local spot, good food, local choices. This place is about community first.
  • Best breakfast EVER.
